VMC / CNC Machine Operator

At Fluidtecq, we design and deliver innovative pneumatics solutions. To support our growing manufacturing operations, we are looking for VMC / CNC Machine Operators who are passionate about precision engineering and quality craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and set up VMC and CNC machines according to job specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Perform precision machining with attention to detail and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance, carry out basic maintenance, and ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

• ITI Pass (Machinist / Fitter / Turner).
• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience operating CNC/VMC machines.
• Basic understanding of machining processes and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in and around Ambernath , Dist. Thane, Maharashtra
