Store Keeper – Engineering Goods
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock of engineering goods, pneumatics components, and consumables.
- Material Handling: Receive, store, and issue parts, ensuring proper labeling, safety, and documentation.
- Coordination: Work closely with purchase, production, and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- System Updates: Maintain records in inventory management systems for tracking stock movement.
- Process Compliance: Ensure proper storage methods to avoid damage, pilferage, or loss of materials.
- Reporting: Generate periodic stock reports and highlight shortages or excesses for corrective action.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping for engineering goods / manufacturing sector (pneumatics industry experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of inventory management systems and stock-keeping practices.
- Familiarity with pneumatics, engineering components, and consumables.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and meet timelines.
- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in and around Ambernath , Dist. Thane, Maharashtra
